These terms cover the optional SMS program operated by Trevelyn Enterprises, LLC.
Program
By opting in, you agree to receive automated text messages from Trevelyn Enterprises, LLC (including messages that identify M/Y Fair Skies or Bourque Ventures) about account activity, payments, meetings, and operations. Typical frequency is two messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-in
You opt in by (1) checking the consent box on thebourque.com/sms.html and submitting, (2) texting a requested keyword such as YES to our program number, or (3) a signed paper form. We send a confirmation text after enrollment.
Consent is not required to buy goods or services from us. Verbal consent alone is not used for marketing messages.
HELP and STOP
- Reply HELP for help, or email Troy@thebourque.com, or call +1 985-518-4220.
- Reply STOP to cancel. You will get one opt-out confirmation. After that we will not text that number unless you opt in again.
- You may also email Troy@thebourque.com with “STOP SMS” and your mobile number.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability depends on your wireless provider and plan.
Privacy
We use your number only to send the messages you opted into and to process HELP/STOP. See our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms on this page. Continued use after an update is acceptance of the new terms. To cancel, reply STOP.
