We do not sell your mobile number or SMS opt-in list.
How we use it
- To operate this website and respond to email
- To send SMS you opted into (account, payment, meeting, and operations alerts)
- To honor HELP and STOP
- To meet carrier and Twilio messaging rules
SMS
Opt-in, frequency, HELP, and STOP are described on SMS and in the Mobile Terms. We keep opt-in records (time, number, method) so we can show consent if a carrier or Twilio asks.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who send or host the service (for example Twilio for SMS, GitHub/Cloudflare for this site), or when law requires it. Those providers may not use your number for their own marketing.
Retention
We keep SMS consent and STOP records as long as the program runs and as needed for compliance. You can ask us to delete contact data that is not required for legal or carrier rules.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to end SMS
- Email Troy@thebourque.com to access, correct, or delete information we hold
- Do not submit the SMS form if you do not want texts
Children
This site and SMS program are for adults in a business or vessel-operations relationship with us. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
